Mrs. Laura I think everyone involved in this discussion would agree that rules should be followed. The oppossition to the 20% is saying him being punished was wrong basically due to the school extending their rule outside of it's boundaries. A job can't tell you what to do when your off. But should they happen to find out you did something they didn't like they will usually just fire you in a "right to work State" anyway. So although the school was wrong, the boy should count himself lucky he wasn't thrown out.
